Here are a few things that have caught my eye lately. Lamps Plus has added a “Color Plus” collection of lamps which offers lamp bases in a variety of Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore paint colors as well as Pantone colors. Matching lamps couldn’t get easier.
The lamp with the shade is $99. Great price, although, I have to be honest, I’m not a big fan of the shade styles. You can choose from basic white or a variety of patterned shades.
I would prefer something like this raffia shade from Jamie Young to dress it up a bit.
Or these from Pottery Barn, which would give the lamp a completely different feel from the white, drum shade.
And speaking of Pottery Barn, did you see they are now offering Stark custom sisal rugs? Love the dressy/casual feel of these rugs. These are well priced, too.
And here is the original Stark version in one of my all time favorite rooms….
I’m curious to see if the diamond pattern on the Pottery Barn rugs is as large as the original pattern?

Aren’t those lamps fun? I actually blogged a little about them last week when trying to copy a room I love. And of course I picked the same color you picked. Can’t believe they have so many colors…so cool. I like your shade choices better…great idea.

I have been dying for the Stark Carpet for my living room. Do you really think the pottery barn has a good price point? I have been wondering if its the same carpet, before putting it in my cart.

Back when I was in the market for a new lamp, I almost pulled the trigger on buying a Color Plus lamp. But I couldn’t commit to a specific color. I ended up with a chrome lamp from HomeGoods. I swapped out the shade with a burlap one from PB. The hideous red & black shade that came with my lamp had to go!
