Happy Monday to ya!

I thought I would pass along a few more recipes that I found on Pinterest that were a hit around our house.  Our week nights are so hectic with sports and practices, that anytime I can find something that is easy, quick and tastes good…I am one happy mom.   And you know what they say, If momma’s happy, everybody’s happy.  Isn’t that the truth?!?! :)

This crockpot meal was tasty and easy.

I made this Saturday for football watching.  Yum.

My kids loved this…and I loved that there was enough for left overs!!!!

I made these with Ellie’s class a few weeks ago and they received two thumbs up.  I made them again yesterday morning for breakfast……mmmmm, they are so good!!  I purchased the donut pans from Joann’s (don’t forget your coupons!).

As we know, not all recipes are hits, in case you have a “miss”, remember this………………..

And here are 2/3rd’s of the reason’s why our nights are so busy…….ready for a  fun night of trick-or-treating.

Miss Kitty and a morph suit (which I really can’t explain???)

Have you come across any great recipes lately…please share.  I’m all ears!!

  1. Recipes look great Lauren. Those morph suits were very popular this year. I get claustrophobic just looking at them! :)
Miss Kitty looks adorable as always.

    Have a good one!

  2. omg, Parker is rocking the morph suit! Doster wanted to be a morph(?) and I kept hoping he would change his mind. By the time I finally gave in to buy him one, they were sold out in 3 stores that i checked! Poor kid, he settled for Napoleon Dynamite. Ellie is an adorable kitty! As far as easy recipes, have you tried Paula Dean’s taco soup? You can get it on foodnetwork.com. My kids absolutely love it, and it feeds a crowd, so its good for like a friday nite and they can invite their friends over. Its all about the toppings, we use sour cream, cheeze, sliced black olives, and Fritos.

  3. Does Miss Kitty get whatever she wants? How can you ever say “NO” to someone that cute?
I agree with Karen. The morph suit seems claustrophobic to me also.
You’re killing me with the mini donuts. I love anything Pumpkin and I love to bake. But I’m not allowed to have anything that tastes good.
The doctor is ordering me to get my cholesterol down. I should start using Pinterest for healthy recipes instead of Holiday decorating ideas.
